For each item, the shipping time is displayed just above the "ADD" button.

"Shipped in 3 to 5 working days" means that we deliver your order to the carrier you have selected no later than 3 to 5 days after confirmation of your order (our pickers do not work on weekends and public holidays).

As soon as the package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email and have a link (La Poste Colissimo) to track the delivery.

In rare cases and exceptionally, certain commercial operations or health constraints may extend the announced deadline: we will inform you by email in this case.

Step 1 "Payment accepted"

We send you a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after the validation of your order. In this email, you will find the summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and follow the progress of the preparation of your order.

Step 2 "In preparation"

You receive an information email. Our preparers pick up your products and package them for shipment. The package is then directed to our postage service.

Step 3 "Shipped"

You receive the last information email: Delivery of your package to the carrier with the "Coliposte" tracking number to follow the delivery of the order to the chosen delivery location.

During the validation of each order, two delivery options are available to you:

- A Colissimo delivery to pick-up points (Delivery to the Post Office, Pick-up Point or Pickup Station lockers)

- A Colissimo home delivery against signature (in case of absence, the package will be available at the post office)

Please note that for delivery to a Collection Point or Pickup Station, providing a mobile number is mandatory. Without this information, the delivery time of your order will be extended.
