For each item, the delivery time is displayed just above the "ADD" button.

"Dispatched in 3 to 5 working days" means that we hand over your order to the carrier you have selected within 3 to 5 days of confirmation of your order (our preparers do not work at weekends or on public holidays).

As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an e-mail and a parcel number, which you can find in your customer area under the My Orders tab and then Details, to track the delivery (generally 24 to 72 hours).

In rare cases and on an exceptional basis, certain commercial operations or health constraints may extend the announced delivery time to 7 working days: we will inform you by email in this case with the words "Reminder of delivery times".

 

Step 1 "Approved"
We will send you a confirmation e-mail a few minutes after your order has been validated. In this e-mail, you will find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you to access your account and track the progress of your order.

 

Step 1* "Reminder shipping time"
This stage is used exceptionally when the daily order volume exceeds a certain threshold. You will then receive an email reminding you of the delivery times announced when the order was placed.

 

Stage 2: "Preparing"
Our pickers collect your products and pack them for dispatch. The parcel is then sent to our franking department.

 

Stage 3 "Shipped"
You will receive the last information email: Handover of your parcel to the carrier to track the progress of the order to your chosen delivery address. The selected carrier takes over the delivery information.

 

During the validation of each order, you will be offered two delivery options:

     - Colissimo delivery at collection points (delivery at the post office, at a collection point or at a pickup station)
     - Colissimo home delivery against signature (in case of absence, the parcel will be available at the post office)

Please note that for a delivery in a pickup point or pickup station, the information of a mobile phone number is compulsory. Without this information, the delivery of your order will be delayed.
 

Of course, delivery can be made to many countries abroad.
